Grapes are picked at perfect ripeness (colour, flavours, tannins) Long vatting and free run juice completed in vat, followed by an ageing in French oak barrels for about 20 months
Tasting Notes: Dark ruby colour with purple tints. Rich nose of black fruits, spices and black olives, with a toasty note. Powerful, rich and complex mouthfeel (black cherry, cocoa, pepper, thyme, ...) with toasty, roasted notes, liquorice and menthol. A massive wine, whose firm yet elegant tannic structure is true to its origin.
Serve at 16-18?ÿdegree - Decant even young.
Food Pairing:?ÿAll kinds of tasty game and red meats in marinade or roasted. For the adventurous: try it with a high quality dark, bitter chocolate.
