Excellent rosé wine obtained through cold maceration and subsequent pressing and fermentation at a controlled low temperature. Delicate aroma. Very elegant with floral and fruity notes of pomegranate, mandarin and rose petals. The palate offers freshness, fragrance and integrity, with a long savory finish that favours food pairing.
