Both intense and delicate, elegant and fragrant, with typical mineral aromas of tar and flint evolving in an exquisite bouquet of white flower. On the palate it is extremely complex, intense, with suggestions of orchard fruit, citrus and white flowers married with a honeyed note beautifully balanced by perfect acidity and flinty minerality.  It may go through malolactic fermentation but nothing is done to manipulate that outcome.
