Vintage Brut - Heritage 1985
A very long and cold winter makes it hard for the vineyards to grow. Late springtime frosts even worsen the situation. Fortunately, a splendid and early summer makes up for winter’s delay. Harvest takes a rather late start (early October) in perfect conditions and brings grapes of a good sanitary state.
From harvest on, the 1985 Vintage seems to be of an extraordinary quality, which will only get better with age.
TASTING NOTES BLANC
Nice gold colour, nice long lasting mousse with fine bubbles. The nose reveals floral aromas with red fruits notes (raspberry, cherry) even syrupy notes, almost honey. The mouth has notes of cooked fruits and dry fig, slightly smoked. Generous, rich and round finish.TASTING NOTES ROSÉ
Pink colour almost salmon. The nose reveals strong candied fruit aromas and notes of raspberry liquor.
In mouth, there are honey and spicy notes (gingerbread) turning into moka aromas. Elegant wine with a great freshness.
