Bloc of duck foie gras w/Espelette chili (90G)

Made of pure duck liver but with different high grade Foie Gras lobes blended together, the Block of Foie Gras has rich flavors & very creamy texture. The Espelette Chili is very mild with stronger spicyness as an after taste, long lasting in the mouth. Serve sliced on toast, paired with Jurancon semi-sweet wine.
