Cooking instructions: Bring 750 ml of water and 750 ml of milk to the boil, salt and slowly pour in 375 g. of polenta flour (add more polenta flour for a thicker result). Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Serve the polenta with the topping of your choice. Or leave it to cool on a pastry-board, cut it into slices of your chosen size and then grill or fry.
